1.0 Policy

Integrated Solutions Senior Management has adopted an on-demand based approach for employee training. The Manager will identify and evaluate the needs of a task and decide whether an employee needs to be trained or not. There will be not mandatory training except for ISO 9000 awareness training which is mandated for each employee including new hires. After each training, records which are managed for each employee have to be kept by the trainee¡¦s manager for reference. Each employee who took the training shall evaluate the training by providing feedback to manager.

2.0 Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

    Provide form for assessing employee training needs

    Provide form for employee training records

¡P        Evaluate the effectiveness of the training taken

 

Enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees using a quality process approach increases customer satisfaction due to the quality of products and services that are delivered.  Following the Flow chart in 3.1, employee uses the Individual Training Evaluation Form to evaluate the effectiveness of the training taken and to assist in determining changes to the required and recommended training courses/classes.
